Man cannot own

everything

especially that 

which is

Of nothing

Intangible

Unattainable energy

  not won

with riches

  but the 

richness of

     the soul

Fly Spy

There's a fly in my room

There's a fly, spy

sucking the life out of my flowers

while i read of digression

and my head steers to

a different plateau

twisting me, breathing me

to confusion , unstable 

these illusions threaten to break

reak havoc again to fight the compartmentalization

and it landed on my shoulder to die

oh but not now on my blinds ...

The Mad Play

There's no glamour 

In the glamorous

the deeds, the do

the work

the falsities

attention deficit

intelligence

no interest

no intellect, no thoughts

no knowings

only beings

some sedated , some

blazing with awareness,

awake, restless

waiting and 

soon demanding falsehoods

drop to truths-

glamorous

is inside

around you

I am the published poet known as Dawn Marie Anderson.

A brief introduction . I was born in Sidney New York into the Anderson name. 

This name of which I was always proud. My father was a mason and to me that 

seemed such a powerful duty. Discovering now oh the greatness indeed in secrets.

There were four of us and I was the last surprise with the nearest elder being that of nine years.

 

That in itself left me to exist as if I was an only child. I found entertainment in nature and music

play and imagination.  I will one day write more on strange occurrences of those growing times, as I work on that now . I came to really understand why the things that form one are so important in creating our worlds . The journey and discoveries have been great. It was tremendous that I was able to publish the first on these documents (; the most significant time of my life ) in my collection of prose entitled : DAWN AWAKENS .
